SOURCING SPECIALIST WITH POSSIBILITY OF BEING HYBRID

Base salary: 6500Q + Attendance bonus 600Q

Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00Am to 7:00Pm and Friday: 9:00Am to 6:00Pm - One hour of lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

Position with the possibility of being HYBRID, ZONE 10 GUATEMALA

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in proactively sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Bullhorn, to source and reactivate talent within our database. Additionally, you will also use various external platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn and/or others to identify and attract potential candidates.


Requirements:

- 1 year experience in Sourcing or customer service in Callcenter

- English C1

- Experience driving ATS

Responsibilities:

-Talent Sourcing and Screening:

○ Conduct through screenings of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

○ Use phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

○ Buildorupdatecomprehensive candidate profiles in Bullhorn to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

● Proactive Recruiting:

○ Use various external sites to source and attract potential candidates.

○ Actively recruit talent by leveraging free state or local job sites.

○ Use the ATS (Bullhorn) to source and reactivate talent within our candidate database.

● Documentationand Communication:

○ Documentinterview findings accurately and promptly.

○ Notify the branch team members of viable candidates who have been interviewed and deemed suitable for further consideration.

● Weekly Goal Achievement:

○ Consistently achieve 80+ outbound phone calls per day to achieve 40+ qualified screened candidates a week for the branch recruiters to review.

○ Monitor and report progress regularly to ensure goal attainment
