📌 Job Opening: Back Office Administrative Assistant (Full‑Time, Remote – Pacific Time)

Language Requirement: English B2+ (clear and understandable)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PT

📘 Position Overview

The Back Office Administrative Support Specialist will support our operations team by reviewing construction drawings, preparing as‑built documentation for invoicing, and assisting with project flow management.

This position is 100% remote and requires working Pacific Time hours.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Review 5–20 construction drawings per day, depending on workload.
  • Update construction drawings into basic as‑built formats to clearly reflect completed work.
  • Identify billable construction units for accurate invoicing.
  • Maintain and organize job folders and documentation.
  • Notify internal teams when new projects are ready to begin.
  • Provide general back‑office administrative support.
  • Follow internal workflows and quality standards to meet deadlines.

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative, back‑office, or similar experience.
  • Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Basic CAD knowledge or ability to read drawings (preferred, not required).
  • Any design/drafting background is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong English communication (B2+) with clear, neutral speech.
  • Ability to work fully remote on 9 AM – 5 PM PT schedule.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

⏱️ Work Schedule

Training Period:

  • 20–30 hours/week for the first two weeks.

After Training:

  • 40 hours/week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time
