Senior Bookkeeper (Remoto)💻

Detalles del Puesto:

Horario: Lunes a Viernes, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Central Time / Hora de Guatemala durante gran parte del año).
Modalidad: 100% Remoto
Enfoque: 80% Contabilidad General/Nómina y 20% Apoyo en preparación de impuestos (Junior level).

Requisitos Indispensables:

Experiencia: Mínimo 4+ años de experiencia sólida en Bookkeeping (No negociable).
Software: Dominio experto de QuickBooks Online y QuickBooks Desktop.
Conocimientos: Experiencia previa trabajando con empresas de EE. UU. (manejo de Reconciliations, 1099s y Payroll).
Inglés: Nivel B2 o superior (Capacidad para reportar avances y comunicarse internamente por escrito de forma fluida).
Prueba Técnica: Disponibilidad para realizar un examen práctico de QuickBooks (2 horas aprox.) como parte del proceso de selección.

Requisitos Deseables:

Experiencia previa con el software Drake Tax.
Habilidad para "limpiar" y estructurar contabilidades desordenadas.
Título universitario en Contaduría Pública, Auditoría o carrera afín.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Gestión Contable: Liderar el registro mensual en QuickBooks Online y Desktop. Realizar conciliaciones bancarias, de tarjetas de crédito y préstamos de forma impecable.
Nómina y Cumplimiento: Procesar nóminas, realizar conciliaciones de payroll y gestionar el cumplimiento de las formas 1099-NEC/MISC.
Preparación de Impuestos (Nivel Junior): Apoyar en la preparación de Form 1040 y Schedule C utilizando Drake Tax (bajo supervisión de un CPA).
Disciplina de Procesos: Seguir estrictamente los flujos de trabajo, checklists y convenciones de archivo de la firma.
