About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Accounting Support Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our Accounting Managers, ensuring the integrity of our financial data within our case management system and QuickBooks. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting and financial support tasks within our case management system and QuickBooks.
- Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and the review of client-related financial records.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) workflows.
- Maintain high-precision financial data and proactively identify/escalate discrepancies or errors.
- Communicate professionally with team members and leadership.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: Proven background in accounting support, bookkeeping, or financial administration.
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks (strongly preferred) and comfort with complex databases/case management systems.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional data entry skills with a focus on quality control.
- Communication: Professional verbal and written English skills.
- Technical: Tech-savvy, quick learner, and the ability to maintain a wired internet connection.
- English: C1
