HealthCare Recruiter
The Recruiter is responsible for actively sourcing talent for the organization. This position includes making outbound sourcing calls, recruiting caregivers through various online talent platforms, conducting phone interviews, scheduling, and supporting the Staffing Coordinator throughout the hiring process for candidates in the pipeline.
Responsibilities- Make outbound recruiting calls to source, screen, and attract new caregiver talent.
- Handle inbound inquiries and referrals regarding employment opportunities, converting them into interviews or appointments.
- Interview, screen, and test all applicants.
- Participate in recruiting events and job fairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of associate work records in the internal software system.
- Ensure complete and updated personnel records for all caregiver associates.
- Telemarketing experience preferred.
- Experience in staffing or recruiting (caregiving/healthcare industry is a plus).
- Competitive mindset and results-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy.
- Strong phone and inside sales skills; ability to motivate candidates and convert inquiries.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Basic computer and organizational skills (Microsoft Office required).
- High School diploma required.
- Experience in direct care, caregiving, CNA, or PCA certification is a plus.
- Ideally 1 year of experience as a recruiter (more is welcome).
- Experience recruiting in the caregiving industry is highly valued.
- Strong English proficiency is essential.
- Must be willing to work 100% on-site at Solvo Global with no schedule or location conflicts.
