We are looking for a dedicated Intake Specialist to join our team. This role blends direct client interaction with essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input client and attorney information into the case system.
  • Prepare and send correspondence for new cases.
  • Set up accident reports and insurance claims digitally.
  • Request medical bills and records approved by attorneys.
  • Handle inbound client calls and confirm key details.
  • Perform administrative tasks with strong attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high accuracy.
  • Comfortable with digital systems (Litify experience is a plus).
  • Warm, clear, and professional phone presence.
  • Empathetic, patient, and respectful in sensitive situations.

Work Environment

This position combines client calls with back-office tasks. We seek someone who can smoothly switch between both while maintaining a compassionate tone.
